YUSUFS TUNA EGG PASTA
Now this is a nice easy quick dish to make on a low budget and is also a proper weight gainer meal full of proteins and carbs
INGREDIENTS:

1 x bowl full of penne pasta (80-100g)
1 x tin of Tuna
Mayonnaise 350ml
2 x eggs
chopped parsley
Pink Himalayan rock salt
ground pepper
2 tsp of garlic and ginger paste

METHOD:

Now, this dish is ideal for people who struggle with weight gain and want to bulk up also it's a delicious dish, so get 2 saucepans ready on the hob and fill both with water bring to the boil then in one of the saucepans place 2 eggs in and let it cook for 8-10 minutes and in the other large saucepan place the penne pasta in and cook for 10 minutes.
In the meantime get a large plastic tub or bowl and add the tuna (drained) and add some lemon juice, pepper, a pinch of salt, and the garlic and ginger paste mix well add some parsley then add the mayonnaise, make sure you combine all well.
Once the eggs are boiled place them in cold water peel them cut the eggs into pieces and add them to the tuna mix and mix until combined and thick. By now the pasta has cooked for 10 minutes give it a stir and place the lid back on and cook for a further 5 minutes or until soft or to your liking, when the pasta is done take off the hob and drain it in the sink then place the pasta back in the saucepan and add some salt and pepper and a dash of extra virgin olive oil and mix, then lastly add the tuna and egg mix into the pasta and stir well until all pasta is covered, enjoy!
