Yusufs spaghetti Bolognaise
YUSUFS SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE

A NICE SPICY DEEP FLAVOURED DISH WITH PLENTY OF SAUCE AND SPICE AND IS VERY FILLING.

INGREDIENTS :
1 x pack of Mince (12% fat)
1 x onion (chopped)
1 x bag of Parsley/Basil (chopped)
2 x potatoes (sliced and diced)
1 x OXO cube
2 x Lamb / Beef or chicken stock cubes
ginger and garlic paste
Lazy garlic
Ghee (for the oil)
1 x pack of Linguine or Spaghetti
1 x jar of Loyd Grossman tomato & chili sauce
1-2 chilies
3-4 drops of Hot Pepper sauce

METHOD:
Firstly get 2 big deep saucepans one for the mince and the other for the pasta now fill one of the saucepans with water halfway and add a few chopped onions some ground pepper and some salt and tsp of ghee, add 3 tbsp of ghee to the other saucepan ready for the mince now turn on the cooker so it will start heating up. get a deep small bowl and add the stock cubes and some onions that you've just chopped and some parsley/Basil also add tsp of ginger and garlic paste and tsp of lazy garlic then boil some water and add to the stock mix and mush up the stock cubes and stir then set aside.
Place the onions in the saucepan that has the ghee and fry them until light brown then add 3 squirts of lemon juice and add the mince then stir, keep stirring until no pink meat now add the OXO cube all over the mince and sir til brown colour now add the stock mix to the mince and add 2-3 tbsp of garlic and ginger paste and 2-3 tbsp of lazy garlic now stir let it cook for 4 minutes. In the meantime get 2 potatoes and slice them and dice them place into a small bowl and set aside, when the 4-minute timer has gone off add the red sauce and fill the jar with water twice and pour into the mince, now add the rest of the parsley/Basil and the chilies and few drops of hot pepper sauce and of course sprinkle some pink Himalayan rock salt over the mince.
Place the lid on the mince and now get some Linguine /spaghetti and start placing it in the other pan which should be boiled up now and place the lid on halfway set timer for 10 minutes.
When the 10 minutes is done stir the mince and stir the pasta then place the lids back on and set a timer for 5 minutes, after the 5 minutes are up take the mince off the hob and set aside now focus on the pasta because this takes the longest now set the timer once more to 5 minutes. When this is done take the pasta off the hob and turn the cooker off, get a strainer and strain the pasta then place pasta back in the pan and return to the hob, now add some ground pepper and some pink rock salt all over the pasta and get your ladel and get some sauce and keep pouring it all over the pasta do about 10 helpings and give it a stir.
All you do now is serve up pour the pasta into a bowl and add the mince mixture on top..!!
