PINA COLADA MOCKTAIL
A beautiful cocktail that's delicious and really filling
INGREDIENTS :
300ml of Pineapple juice OR you can blend and mush fresh pineapple
250ml of coconut cream (you can get these from ASDA for £1.35 each)
3-4 ice cubes to place in the shaker
4-5 ice cubes to place in the glass.
30ml of Lyres white can spirit (optional)

METHOD :
Pour the pineapple juice in the shaker and then pour the coconut cream in now just put 3-4 ice cubes into the shaker, put the lid on, and give it a good shake for 20-30 seconds you'll feel the shaker getting ice cold which is what you want because without the ice the warmth from your hands will make the shaker warm and you don't want that.
after you've given it a good shake simply pour through a strainer into a highball glass or wide glass like I'm using filled with the rest of the ice cubes and if u want garnish the drink with a slice of pineapple and a Marachino cherry, enjoy..!!
