2 Tbsp of Ghee 1 x onion (chopped) 1 x whole garlic clove (chopped) 3 Tbsp of garlic and ginger paste paprika Himalayan rock salt ground pepper 1 x bell pepper (chopped & diced) 250-500g of chicken parsley (chopped) 1 Tbsp of Corriander powder 1 Tbsp of chili powder 3 squirts of lemon juice 1 x small chili (chopped) 2 Tbsp of tomato paste/puree
METHOD:
Get a deep pan and put the Ghee in and let it heat up then add the chopped onion and garlic now add the chopped chili and stir then add the chopped bell pepper and stir, Now add the chili powder, coriander powder, paprika, lemon juice, and ground pepper with a pinch of salt and fry for about 4-5 minutes. Now add the tomato paste and a cup of water and some salt and ginger and garlic paste then stir for 5 minutes after this add the chicken and add 3 cups of water in the mix and add the parsley and stir, Lastly add the macaroni and place the lid on and cook for 15 minutes.
