A Beautiful filling soup with delicious lamb pieces with peppers and fresh potatoes and plenty of spice.

LAMB GHOULASH SOUP


INGREDIENTS:
250-500g Lamb (chopped)
3 x potatoes (chopped)
a handful of parsley/coriander (chopped)
2 x lamb stock cubes
1 x onion (chopped)
lemon juice (3 squirts) or 3 tbsp
Tumeric
smoked paprika
Himalayan rock salt
ground pepper
chili powder
1 x garlic clove (chopped)
1 x bell pepper (chopped)
3 x Tbsp of Lazy Garlic
3 Tbsp of garlic & ginger paste
1 x small tin of tomato paste/puree or half tube puree

METHOD:
Place the lamb stock cubes in a bowl or jug of 400ml of boiling water and crush the cubes add some chopped onion, garlic, and a tsp of garlic & ginger paste also 1 tsp of lazy garlic plus some parsley/coriander, stir, and then let it set. Get a deep pan/saucepan and add the 3 tbsp of Ghee or olive oil let it heat up and add the chopped onion add some salt, now add the meat and some lemon juice and stir until light brown now add the tomato paste and some coriander, paprika, chili powder, and garlic and ginger paste and Lazy garlic.
Then add the chopped bell pepper into the pan and mix, now add the lamb stock to the mix and add the rest of the parsley and some more salt and stir, cook this for 20 minutes.
When done add the chopped potatoes to the pot and stir put the lid on and cook on medium heat for a further 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
